Wisdom Notes-20

It Blesses My Heart To Love; It Blesses My Soul To Give; It Blesses My Everything To Care About Others & Being Needed Gives My Life Purpose.

I learned the hard way that my love, my giving, my caringness and my need to be needed was hindering certain People and getting in the way of God’s plan for their lives. I became their god and my God held my blessings up to keep me from hindering them.

God wanted a chance to show them how much he loved them if only they would trust in Him.

Women

Women- Protect your hearts. Learn to be humble with wisdom. Learn to be silent in anger. Learn to love without forgetting to love yourself. Raise your children to know the word of God and love of God. You can’t be with your children 24/7 and God is forever and everywhere. Forgive and love again. Trust in God in relationships to always show you the truth to make a wise decision with that truth. Trust God with your heart and your lives, for, He will love you more than any man can. Ladies, let’s learn to love each other and lift each other up. Stop sharing men and breaking up un-happy homes; You deserve a man of your own.

Poetry- Being Born A Woman Being born a woman, being born a woman of color Being born a woman and have to be as I was born… a woman: walk like a woman, dress like a lady, speak wit. Being born a woman, being born a woman of color. Being born a woman and have to be as I was born… a woman: walk like a woman, dress like a lady, speak with with wisdom of a queen.

Being born as a woman to live in a man’s world, expected to change at a drop of a hat, shift with the wind, move with the times, and think like a man, hide emotions and use few words without feelings. Being born a woman and left to do a man’s job: provide, protect, lead, preach, teach our sons to be men and teach our daughters how not to be a weak for men

Being born a woman, the weight of the world sitting on her shoulders, worries flooding her mind like an ocean flooding the lands; carrying everybody’s problems in her soul, being the one to hold it all together.

Being born a woman, a slave to love, a slave to loneliness, and a slave to how we were taught to be… too strong to be weak. Being born a woman of difference; loved for the curve of her hips, the size of her butt and the length of her hair; loved for the skin she’s in, love for the body of a goddess… never being love for the woman that she is.

Being born a woman with spiritual beliefs, values and morals and have to lay it down in the hands of fools; push it aside with stripped pride; hide it in order to be love and get where she needs to be; put it on a shelf and provide for her family by any means necessary. Being born a woman and treated like a dog; fragile on the inside, tough on the outside; lost on the inside and going through the motions on the outside; broken on the inside and together on the outside; afraid on the inside and bold on the outside; insecure on the inside and beautiful on the outside; humble on the inside and stubborn on the outside; crying on the inside and smiling on the outside.

Being born a woman and always treated like a whore Being a woman and dying alone

Pain

Pain Pain is a powerful thing.

From My Heart Sometimes, pain makes us more appreciative, grateful, more humble and meek, wise, stronger, patient and compassionate toward others that are in pain.

You live and learn. You teach what is taught in mercy. Pray and Trust God and endure in his love.

Pain is truly a powerful thing if you allow it to be.

Mountain

Mountains represent optical or problems in one’s life. Mountains are a pile of rocks, dirt and bones.

From My Heart: Separate the rocks and mountain doesn’t look so big. Things are never as bad as they seem; looking at the whole picture of a thing can be overwhelming. They seem bad because we give the bad things power to stress our lives. Nothing stays the same. This too shall pass. Everything has to change.

What helps to see the mountain as rocks: handle one problem at a time; handle one heart break at a time; be patient with myself and embrace flaws; learn from mistakes; trust God for all things; pray about all things; love as God as loved me; take one day at a time; accept that I’m different and be me and expect to be rejected and misunderstood.

Leaders

Leaders/Managers/Bosses/Owner: The head of a chain is only as strong as the links that are connected to it. When there is a weak link, you are not a good leader. The people that follow you, represent you or your company/group/business. When you allow people to mistreat others that are under you command, what does this say about the person you are?

From My Heart: What happen to Character, Integrity, Moral, Value and the Christian Way. It’s not all about money and people are not expendable. Good Leaders are hard to fine. A Leader is wise, smart but never too smart to learn. A Leader is compassionate, yet firm, honest and fair, watchful and merciful yet filled with tough love; patient because people learn differently and follow at a different pace. A Leader is a part from men, a woman a part from women. They aren’t afraid to stand alone and hold their own and stand for what they believe. A Leader protects in wisdom, serve in love and thinks before they speak, direct or demand. A True Leader, leads in knowledge, humbleness, strength and prays about all things. But most, find it easier to follow in the footsteps of fools.

Poetry -Leade Me

I let you lead me to the pits of hell I’m burned to the core of my soul You lead me to my death, my body wants to breathe no more I let you lead me to an empty place of no return, into pity and shame and I can’t find my self-worth I let you lead me through a pile of crap and I can’t get the smell off me or out of my memory.

But under your leadership, you lead me to myself: I chose to follow, so, in that, I learned from my mistakes And I choose to accept responsibility for trusting you to lead  In you leading me to my death, you lead me to my own life.

Heartache/Hurt

Definition: Tears. Sorrow of the soul. I cannot stand outside this Word and describe what it means or how it feels. I have not healed; therefore, my heart has no words to define this matter of the heart. Sorry.

I’m learning: When we do not protect our heart, we set ourselves up to be hurt. If your heart is broken it is your fault. If you choose to love, learn to forgive. If you choose less than what you deserve, learn to tolerate hurt without bitterness. Protecting your heart doesn’t mean to never love or let people in. It means learn your self-worth, expect to be treated with love, honor, respect, kindness, compassion, consideration, caringness, understanding…. Find someone that will love you like God does or pretty-dog-gone-close to it.

If God wanted to kill satan, all He has to do is bless him with a heart to love. Love hurts like hell

Confusion

Confusion is a mind shifting in the wind without directions or purpose; easy to detour; unstable in every way. A confused mind struggles to make healthy decisions. Confusion can blind the heart.

Confusion: Being raised to believe one thing but heart and spirit learns differently and your torn between the two; When people hurt your heart but your heart still wants to love the one that caused the hurt; Hating your mate but loving the children you share; Struggling to be someone you’re not; trying to fit in with crowds that you don’t belong in; Doing wrong when you know what is right; Hating your job but you need the money to provide for your family; Trying to balance life, love, foolishness, self struggles, finances when all you can think about is being free; Confused between the lessons of your past and being positive about your future; The struggle between good and evil.

From My Heart: To avoid confusion- make a choice, make a decision, hold on or let go, stay or go, hang in there or walk away, believe or not believe, trust or don’t trust, do what is wrong or do what is right, be who you are and suffer the outcome or be who everyone expect you to be and be happy either way, change or stay the same. Make up your mind and heart. Take responsibility for your choices and actions. Live with your mistakes or forgive yourself and move on. Nothing makes sense without truth and honesty within one’s self.

You have the Right

Poetry
You Have The Right: I feel that you have the right to ask where I’ve been because some places that I may go, may affect what you and me share. You have the right to ask me where I’m going because life happens and I may not return as I left or I may not return at all. Love gives you that right to feel the need for me to be here. You have the right to worry when I’m gone because people are only human and we all fall short of the Glory of God. You have the right to call me when there is something that you need to say. You have the right, to have the need, to feel that you are important to me. You have the right be where ever I am because I shouldn’t be any place that you cannot come nor should there be any place that you cannot find me. You have the right to feel the need to be secure in love. You have the right in love, to be comfortable for the sake of love.

If all of my time is counted for and you have seen that I have nothing to hide, at some point in love, you will have to learn to trust me or maybe yourself, at some point you will have to trust God for the love that we share if you honestly love me, at some point you have to know that the love we share is real and be willing to believe.

You have the right, but love gives us both the right to be at peace in love.

Comunication

Communication: I don’t think that people realize that words are all they have with each other. I’ve found that people arguer to keep from talking, for, if they talk, someone has to tell the truth, admit a lie or face their wrong-head-on. Communication is listening without thinking about what you want to say; not listening for words to use against the person who’s talking; listen and try to hear what’s really being said. Communication is talking to someone, not talking at someone. In listening, some words may hurt but give that person a chance to say something to make your heart feel better.

From My Heart: It takes love and caringness to address important situations with patience and understanding; to be able to able to discuss issues that matters most to you; to not be quick to augur but talk calmly; to not be assume you know what the other person has to say and rudely cut them off. It takes a sincere man or woman to sit down and talk about matters of the heart. Communication starts with being honest with yourself and your mate. Secrets and lies damage the communication of love.

Some people don’t want to listen- when you listen, that means that you are responsible for what you hear. Listening takes sacrifice, control, humbleness and a willingness to change. Listening could take the relationship to a higher-deeper level. Much love comes more responsibilities.

Love and care enough to listen to each other’s thoughts, ideals, opinions and emotions. Learn to communicate in a healthy way. Try to see and hear things from a different perspective. Communication takes compromise, understanding and mercy on both parts. Think first, choose your words carefully and pray that your words are received with understanding.
